Bassett Construction Company

In 1956 Walter L. Bassett founded Bassett Construction Co. building residential housing in Pueblo, Colorado. Through his knowledge and expertise the company grew to be one of the largest construction companies in Southern Colorado. Bassett Construction clients include Atlas Pacific, BF Goodrich, The Trane Company, and Parkview Medical Center, along with many other companies that have helped Pueblo’s Economy.

Walter's son, Walter Jr., is currently President. Like his father, he has continued doing business with outstanding clients such as Timberline Steel, Pueblo School District No.60, and Colorado Springs School District 11. He also maintained the long standing relationship with Parkview Medical Center. These relationships have helped improve not only Pueblo’s economy but also Southern Colorado’s.

Bassett Construction maintains a workforce of between 36 to 75 employees. Bassett Construction has constructed a variety of buildings, including extensive work on Commercial, Industrial, Schools, and Hospitals. Bassett Construction is building to leave all of our clients with an impression that will last a life time.
